Hey! So one thing you may not know about me is that I've struggled to maintain a healthy weight for most of my life. I managed to get into better eating and exercise routines in my last year of high school--weighing 130-135lbs at my prom (which to me was still not good enough).

Now that was almost four years ago and since then I have gained even more weight. It isn't even so much the number on the scale that concerns me as much as how I feel. I don't feel comfortable in my body and I know I will have to work harder to achieve the body and healthy lifestyle that I want so badly. I've managed to stay quite positive about my body, especially since I realized how much of it was really muscle and I began to appreciate my body more once I started squatting and lifting heavy weight.


My first goals to focus on, right now, are swapping out unhealthy carbs and incorporating more vegetables and fruits in my meals and snacks. I'm going to eat healthy snacks 2-3hrs after meals and meal prep as I see fit. I'm going to set cardio goals and schedule circuit workouts for all muscle groups. Why am I posting this here? So I can hold myself accountable and maybe inspire others to be healthy!

I will do this!
